Pros

    great blast from the past, so corny, they'll make you smile, you WILL burn calories, Cheerful music, excellent cardio workouts, fun, good music

Cons
    60 minutes is a LONG time to work out, A little shorter exercises

Richard Simmons sweating to the Oldies is great.  Richard Simmons is not only fun uplifting and motivating, but his exercises can be done by anyone.  And to make it all the better listening to those great old songs, that makes you want to dance anyway.
