There is one tool that every baker should have in their kitchen to make the experience go so much easier. That one product is Parchment Paper. You can have the best ingredients, the best cooking tools, and the best methods of creating wonderful cookies, but if they end up sticking to your pan or cooling boards, then it doesn't even matter how much time you spent on them. In order to insure that all the time you spent cooking up your masterpieces is saved, you want to make sure that you are cooling your foods on a really nice parchment paper.

Reynolds has a Parchment Paper that they sell right along...

I am a Food network junkie along with my husband since it was new on cable.  We both have learned a lot from this channel and I saw many shows where they used parchment paper and it sounded like a great idea for baking, but I could never find it.

The past few years I have been handed down our Christmas family tradition of making the family recipe of Danish Kringle. (The Original  Danish Kringle is a wonderful butter layered Danish pastry filled with all sorts of goodies, gooey pecan, apple, cherry etc).  My families recipe takes two days to prep and bake.

The one big down fall is when some...

This is such a perfect item for any baker and food lover.  I love using this in the kitchen because it makes clean up a breeze and is so easy to use with any type of food.  I first used this when I made a batch of cookies and it was unbelievable.  The paper comes in a container with a serrated edge for easy tearing.  Just pull out the amount of paper you need and tear.  Then place the paper on your baking sheet and prepare your cookies as normal.  I dropped the balls of dough on the paper covered sheet and after baking, I was so amazed!  The cookies did not stick and were so easy to peel... read full review »

I love Reynolds parchment paper, it's perfect for busy people that don't like doing dishes.  I use it to line my baking sheets and pans.  When your done baking you just throw the parchment away and your pans are virtually clean.  Ok, you still have to wash them but it's much easier with Reynolds parchment paper!  I love it!

Reynolds Parchment Paper is one of the best kitchen tools that I have discovered. I first started using it a year ago when a recipe called for it. At the time I had never used it and had only heard of it once or twice.

I used it and fell in love! There is no cleanup when you use this! I know I hate when I cook a pizza and some cheese drips onto my pan and dries. I end up taking a knife and trying to scrap it off. Well no longer! I simply put my pizza on parchement paper and I no longer have any messes to clean up.

I use Reynolds Parchement paper on everything that goes into my oven. NO messes,...

Reynolds Parchment Paper is a must in a kitchen that does any baking.  It is one of those things that I wish I knew about a long time ago.  Use it to line baking sheets or pans, and no cooking spray is needed.  After cooking, the items will slide right off the parchment paper onto a plate.  There is no mess to clean up...just throw away the parchment paper.  When baking many batches of Christmas cookies, I re-use the parchment paper a few times.  It is absolutely the best for shaping and cooking biscotti...I shape the dough right on the parchment, no longer having a mess on the counter.

I was in the resturant and food industry for over 40 years and Parchment paper

was one of our got to have on hand items. It makes clean up a breeze. If there is

something you are baking in the oven then you should be using parchment paper.

Use is to line all your pans for baking anything . If you want perfect bacon go  buy

a 1/2 sheet pan and line it with parchment and then lay out your bacon on it and bake

at 400 degrees. You can bake it to be fully cooked or just 1/2 done and then you can

finish it in a pan later on or the next day or as you need it. Hint If you know any

body that has...

I'm a baker, and I use a lot of baking spray and oil to keep my cookies from sticking onto the pan. But when I brought Reynolds Parchment Paper, I was so amazed at how easily I could remove my cookies from the pan without having them cracking or breaking in half from trying to tear the cookie off the pan.

Thie product replaced all need to baking sprays to the need to butter up my cookie sheet before sticking my baking in the oven. The parchment paper is good because the waxy things don't melt, as it might on wax paper, so my food is not contaminated.

The only downside, I would say is that buying...

I have baked thousands of cookies the old fashion way.  But now I refuse to use any thing but parchment paper.  When baking cookies I will line my cookie sheets and after the first batch of cookies is finished, the cookies will literally slide off the pan.  Then place the second batch of cookies on the same sheets.  The cookies brown nicely and because they don't stick they keep their shape.  This product is considered a staple in my kitchen.  I don't have time to wash cookie sheets.

Also I use it for pizza pans,  great for keeping cheese for sticking to the pans!

The uses are unlimited and...

I bought a roll of Reynolds Parchment Paper after I received a new cookie cookbook as a Christmas gift and made some cookies that the book said were "slightly sticky." Well, that was an understatement. Bene wafers are more than slightly sticky--they absolutely fight to keep their hold on the pan. I threw away the pan and my first batch of cookies, and invested in a roll of parchment paper. What a fabulous thing for cookies! My cookies are beautiful, not burned on the bottom, and I don't tear them all up trying to pry them off the pan anymore. I recommend this stuff to anyone who bakes.

This product, the Reynolds Parchment Paper, is so easy to use. I have tried greasing the pan with another product and my cookies seem to burn or not come off the pan. The product is great for making cookies. The cookies just about fall off the pan when they are cooked. That makes it so easy to make cookies. My kids love to make cookies also and this makes it so easy for them to put the uncooked cookies on the pan an take them off. The clean up is great also. I just through the paper away and go on with my day, it's so easy.

I do not bake cookies without parchment paper - a trick I passed on to my nieces - and I haven't burned a cookie bottom since I started using parchment paper.

Reynolds offers a wide roll of parchment that fits perfectly on cookie sheets. It's a bit pricey but worth it!

I use the reynold's parchment paper when I bake my teacakes, because they release everytime.  In addition, the teacakes bakes evenly on the bottom when I use the parchment paper.
