I love this blow dryer! Revlon really got this one right this time. I love the high feature to quickly dry my hair before using the low setting and the extra piece for styling. The extra piece for straight styling really is great for getting my hair straight and smooth. I can tell I have much less frizz with using both of the extra styling tools!

For your safety please do not buy this hair dryer! I am going to contact an attorney about this because my hair dryer spits fire! I plan on taking a video to put on on you tube later today. There is a little wire that wraps around a screw inside that you can watch get white hot and then it starts spitting flames, not sparks FLAMES! I'm suprised someone hasn't been seriously hurt!

I THINK I BOUGHT THIS DRYER AT WALMART, I'M NOT SURE. I HAVE ONLY USED A FEW MONTHS AND NOW IT HAS SPARKS WHEN USED. I purchased this hair dryer after my previous hair dryer's cord burned and sparked. I decided on this model because it came with a concentrator and diffusser. I also liked that it has two temperatures and two speeds. The description claimed that it has it has tourmaline gemstones that deliver hair conditioning ions and quicker drying. I honestly have not noticed that it dried my hair any faster or made it softer or more conditioned than other hair driers I have used. But it is still an pretty good hair dryer. I don't use the diffuser as much as I thought I would. But I never ever use it with out the concentrator. I was told by my hairdresser never to use a hair dryer without one on the end because it can burn your hair. I noticed many reviews of this hairdryer said it gets too hot and burns their hair. Using the concentrator would probably prevent this. One thing that I don't like about this dryer is that the silver paint is wearing off. But overall I have found it to be a good product for the price.

I was in the market for a new curling iron, and decided to replace my old hair dryer while I was at it.  Boy, they sure make them funky now.  This one has some weird attachments that i can't even begin to tell you how to use - but if that's your thing, this one's got them! It seems to give out more heat/air than my old one, which is great.  I've got long hair and it take forever to dry.  And, I read somewhere that you really need to go Ionic to help your hair stay healthy - helps with the adverse side effects of blowdrying your hair.  My hair seems to do great with this dryer.  It comes out nice and shiny and ready for me to add a little curl afterward. What I like the most is the retractable cord.  I have my curling iron in my bathroom, my hair dryer, my electronic toothbrush.  There are a lot of cords that you can trip on.  This guy, I don't have that problem. I can keep it by this sink, and it's cord doesn't get in the way!

I am very satisfied with my Revlon Tourmaline Ionic 1875 Watt Hair Dryer.  I like both of the heat settings.  I use the high for the most part when drying my hair as it dries so quickly.  But I also use the lower heat setting when drying around my ears so that it doesn't feel too hot.  I don't know all that much about the tourmaline Ionic and what that's all about, but I do like the hair dryer.  I don't use the defuser on my hair style so I don't know how that works.  It is relatively quiet but not exceptionally.  I do wish that it had a retractable cord, I find that helps me when storing, but the ones I found when searching for a dryer this time that had retractable cords didn't look like they would work too well.  I've had this one for several months now.  It seems to me that a hair dryer usually either lasts a very long time or hardly any time at all.  It looks like this one will go in the long-lasting category.

My old dryer croaked in a puff of smoke the other morning, so I was racing to get a new one pretty fast.  From some brief research online I purchased this hair dryer, and so far I am impressed!  It comes with 2 attachments: a diffuser and a straightener (without teeth).  I have thick, wavy curly hair so the diffuser was a big plus for me.  It works well, and has a large surface area for quick drying.  I haven't yet tried the straightener attachment.  I don't find the buttons awkwardly placed at all, although I wish that the cool button could be pushed in so my finger didn't get tired holding it down.  The dryer is powerful, drying my long, thick hair in 5-8 min.  It's also pretty quiet compared to my old dryer, I don't wake up the parents when I use this one in the morning!  The only other aspect that might bother some people about this dryer is that the opening is smaller (plum sized) where some dryers are larger (orange sized) which may make dryer a few minutes longer.  Overall, I am loving this dryer!

I purchased the Revlon 1875 Ionic Ceramic in my local drug store and since I  only wash my hair once a week due to its thickness, I used the dryer maybe four times. Last night it was acting really weird, cutting off, etc,... then, all of a sudden, FLAMES flew out of the cord. I'm talking 6 inches at least! I am so grateful that my hair didn't catch on fire

I have very thick, medium length hair that usually requires a lot of time to dry. I recently bought the Revlon Tourmaline Ionic Dryer because I read from another reviewer that it worked well on thick hair. It definitely lives up to the hype. I can dry my hair in nearly half of the time that it used to take plus since the dryer is light weight my arm doesn't get tired in the process. The dryer also claims to condition hair and it really seems to do just that. Instead of being puffy and frizzy, my hair is sleek and straight. I can actually get away with not using a flat iron. It is a powerful blower but has a lo setting that I use to blow dry my kids' hair. It comes with 2 attachments so that it can also be used on curly hair. As a budget conscious mom I think that this dryer is a great value and offers a lot of featurs for the money. I would definitely reccomend it to anyone and especially those with very thick hair.

 Nothing extraordinary, good for everyday blowdrying. At first I was expecting a great result, because of the ionic claim, but at the end I did'nt find any difference whatsoever with my other "normal" blowdryier, I bought it on sale so it was'nt as much of a loss, but otherwise I would'nt recommend it, because the price is too high for the kind of results it offer. The ionic button is conveniently  located for me but for my 12 year old daughter it was kind of difficult to press while blowdrying..  The **Revlon RV544 Tourmaline Ionic Dryer** i'ts a little to heavy and after using it for 20 minutes  ( I have a lot of hair...)  My had was screaming for me to stop, because it was hurting after 15 minutes.    I had a revlon hairdryer before so I was hoping for this one to be as good, but I would stick to the normal Revlon hair dryier cuase it gives me eactly the same results without the pain in my wrist. I wouls defenitly pass it on to my friend.
