I have medium, wavy hair that soaks up humidity and frizzes. The **Revlon 1875 ION SELECT Compact Dryer** is kind to my hair and my arm. Some hair dryers are meant for the salon, they are too powerful and *heavy*. *This hair dryer is just right and light*. The ergonomic handle allows your thumb to switch the power to low, high, and off. You can also press the rubber cold blast button should you need to cool down. I have never had to use it.You can't beat the Ionizer feature that keeps hair from frizzing as it styles. With a file or a tweezer you can turn the screw for European or American voltage. My husband wonders why I would bring my own dryer on trips when hotels provide them in suite. Those built-in dryers are not as quiet and temperature friendly as my **Revlon 1875 ION Select Compact Dryer**. I just click fold the vent to the handle and it hardly takes up space in my carry on bag. It's fantastic!
