read full review »This product is great. It is a great thing to use in the summertime. It doesnt cake up it doesnt even look like you have any make-up on your face at all. Its very quick and easy to apply. I love it and would deffinately recommend it.
I was quickly running out of my Bare Minerals, and enjoying the idiosyncracies of postpartum skin. So, I'm not comfortable going out without something on my face for that extra polish. CVS was offering a buy-one-get-one-free promotion on all Revlon cosmetics, so I decided to take a chance on the Colorstay Mineral Foundation.
It turned out to be a fantastic decision, one that I will make again when I run out of my current supply. The application is a little bit different than Bare Minerals, in that the brush is housed in the lid. The jar contains a sifter plate. So, all you need to do is extend...

Ran right out and bought it.
Unimpressed to say the least... Talcy; pasty; doesn't last long; makes skin appear dry and shows flaws WORSE than without makeup (whhat?!?!) Reminds me of the old fashioned loose powder sold in the large containers with powder puff... remember those?
The packaging is a whole 'nother issue... The brush is STIFF and actually hurts my cheeks and sensitive areas, like...
read full review »For years I have bought Bare Escentuals but it is so expensive I thought I would try a different route. CVS had the Revlon Colorstay Mineral Foundation on sale and I had a coupon, so I purchased it. I was very disappointed. First I hate the brush. With Bare Escentuals you load your brush then buff it into the lid and tap off the excess. You aren't able to do that with the design of the brush and jar. There is no way to "lighten the load" on the brush. The make up is very thick on the skin. Very powdery, not natural at all and it was heavy. It actually enchanced tiny wrinkles. Maybe with a better...

It seemed to seattle in lines on my face, making me look even older. I would highly suggest not using this product close to ones eyes, where there are lines around the eyes. I occassionally use this on my cheeks where there is too much redness, and in sun damaged disscolored areas of the face. When I want full coverage, I prefer a liquid, or whipped foundation.
This stuff works great. I apply it in the morning and it actually works all day not like some others that I have tried. It is not heavy feeling nor does it cliog my pores. Ths price is worth it!!!
Not impressed with the coverage or the brush that comes with it. It's hard to get out and doesn't cover much.
