This top tomato color lipstick reminds me of a black and white photo or a classic black and white movie where everything else is drab, except the female star's red popping lips. When I wear this color I feel like a star not to mention, it lasts all day! I originally bought this color to replace a red liquid lipstick I had from a few years ago. It was my absolute favorite red liquid lipstick. However, after years of use, it finally ran out. I was at the drugstore trying to find this exact color in the same brand but it had been a while ago since I bought it, so I knew the chances were slim. Upon searching from aisle to aisle and manufacturer to manufacturer, I came across the new Revlon inventions. I instantly recalled the commercials with Halle Berry wearing it and how it never smudged or came off and I liked that idea. I was disappointed I couldn't find my original product, but figured it was time for an upgrade so I began my search. I chose Revlon because, not only had fell in love with their long-lasting eyeliners, but to me, Revlon seems like the next best thing to professional products and whenever I wear it, I feel fabulous! As I roamed through the selection of color stay liquid lipsticks, my eyes stopped on the **Top Tomato 050**. I could tell just by looking at it that it was produce eye popping results. I got it home and couldn't wait to try it out. From the start, the color was bold, glossy and had just enough brightness to make me feel like a mixture between a daring teenager and a sultry movie star vixen. I applied about two coats and went and danced the night away, in my living room. After, about a couple of hours, I became drenched with sweat from dancing and singing and was thirsty. I grabbed a bottled water from the fridge and started chugging it down. As I did, I suddenly remembered my lipstick. I immediately ran to the mirror to see if it was still on, and sure enough, it was! The lipstick had lasted through several hours of singing, dancing and sweating and did not smudge off on my water bottle! It was just as the product had promised, however, it wasn't as glossy as when I first put it on but it sure was just as bold and bright! I simply applied Carmex to my lips and my lips became bright and glossy again! This has since become my favorite red lipstick. Whether I feel like being a star at home or out on the town, this liquid lipstick doesn't fail me. The only downside to this product is that after several hours, it tends to make your lips dry. However, I think Revlon does offer a separate gloss for this problem. Next time, I'll grab it along with the color stay lipstick. So, if you ever wanna feel like a star, or sexy movie star vixen, I would definitely recommend this product! Until then, as Katie Perry puts it, "Baby You're a Firework" in new **Revlon Colorstay Liquid Lipstick Top Tomato 050**!

**Revlon Colorstay Liquid Lipstick in the Top Tomato color is a beautiful shade. Best of all it glides on smoothly without being too greasy or without drying your lips. I love experimenting with different shades of lipsticks and lip glosses, as it's one of the best ways to put a splash of color on yur face and look pulled together. This color is dramatic and bold without being too harsh, so it is great for both evening and day wear. You can wear it to work or school and not feel too made up. It is also great of course to wear it out on the town or on a date, and it won't call too much attention to yourself or make you look like you're trying too hard. If you want a more subtle effect and make it look like a lip stain you can blot it with a paper towel and it will look like a natural shade of lip color. I also love that it's really affordable and you can buy it in most drugstores so it's really easy to find.**

I am always on the lookout for a wonderful new lipstick. I am a very busy mom who works full time and doesn't have the time to constantly stop and reapply lipstick every few hours. When I first heard about the new Revlon Colorstay liquid lipstick, I thought it sounded like a great product. I am rather picky about the colors that I use when it comes to lipstick. I love a brown-based raisin color or a very blue-based red. The lines red color called Top Tomato seemed right up my alley. I absolutely love the color! However, the texture of the lipstick is very wet and not so easy to put on with the wand applicator. You have to be very careful where you apply, as it will be there for quite some time. I realize that this is a colorstay lipstick which is supposed to wear for the entire day. However, it dries out so bad that your lips look like they are peeling off! If you try to reapply more on top of what's peeling, it is only a temporary fix and feels awful on your lips. Lastly, when you wash the lipstick off, you have to scrub and scrub to get it off and it leaves your skin feeling very harsh afterwards. Although I love the color, I couldn't use it anymore after a few tries because it dried too much.
