Revlon colorstay 12 hour eyeshadow works really great on my eyes. I have a hard time finding eyeshadows that last past a few hours, they are always smeared on my eyelids a few hours past application. These are said to last 12 hours, and while i have not times how long they last , i have to say they have great staying power. I really like the colors available in these small quads. This is a review for the neutral khakis. these are great for everyday, it has 3 light color eyeshadows, and a darker color. The lighter colors are for highlighting or for the upper eye, to shade, and the darker color is to contour. I love using the lighter colors to apply a wash of color on my eyelids, use an eyeliner, and i am set for the day i am set to go. if i want a slighly more dramatic look i like using the plumy color to contour, or to apply along the lash line for a dramatic look. I really enjoy these colors and look forward to trying more colors.

I purchased this product to bring out my eyecolor and it really goes perfectly with everything I wear be it office or dinner and theater. It glides on smoothly and really does stay where you put it...not sliding under your eyes, which is fantastic. It also travels well and even goes through airport security. The four colors blend well but are also a treat to use alone sometimes for a different look. I like it so well that I am on my second box of color and have purchased one for my daughter at college as well. The fact that it includes two different shapes of sponge brushes makes it ease to create beautiful eyes every morning and then punch it up a bit before leaving work for the evening's activities. Smokey eyes are easily achieved with this eyeshadow set. Keep up the great work in helping us bring out those baby blues. Please make a mascara that has a great price-point and washes off with soap and water like this shadow does.

I started using drug store makeup about 5 years ago and sometimes you stumble upon really good products for a great price. This REVLON COLORSTAY 12 HOUR EYESHADOW in Neutral Khakis is a great investment for ladies searching for good quality eyeshadow for a decent price. I really like the variety of colors offered in this set. There are lighter more neutral colors that can used as a base color and there are darker more pigmented colors that can used to create a more dramatic smokey look. I like to stick to only 1 or 2 color when I purchase an eyeshadow that come in a variety of colors but with this product I really use every color, making it well worth the price. I like how the shadows are easy to blend and pigmented. The more you blend the lighter the color gets but it truly has some nice colors. I also noticed that the shadow does not crease throughout the day and it lasts for many hours. Overall, this is a great product with much versatility and I would recommend this color pallete to anyone who likes a variety of neutral colors.

Unlike the Revlon Colorstay lipcolor, which was a no no for me as it was too overdrying, the concept of long lasting makeup works for the eyeshadow quads. This eyeshadow comes in a slender compact that you open by lifting up the top, it has a clear cover so you can see the eyeshadows and the colors, makes it easy to simply pick up and know what colors you are going to use for the day. I guess I am more visual that way, unlike some eyeshadows that come closed off and you have to look at the names on the back or open them up to see the color. Revlon has a couple of color variety quads, makes it easy to find colors to your liking. The neutral khakis are neutral enough for every day natural wear, but you can also use the darker colors to add some smoky looks, or just to have a more defined look. I like simply sweeping the lighter colors, just to have some color on my eyelids, and not go completely bare on eyeshadows, but i do like neutral colors and this is pretty cool and long lasting.

Revlon Colorstay 12 hour eyeshadow is my favorite. It is easy to apply and definitely is long lasting. Each package of eye shadow comes with pre-coordinated colors that make your eyes look fantastic when you are done applying it. You don't have to be a professional make-up artist to get the right results. Anybody can do it, even beginners. The applicator is soft, pliable, and easy to work with so you can create your own effect that is right for you. The price is very reasonable as fas as eye shadows go so you can pick up a few next time shopping. Removal of Revlon eye shadow is easy and soesn't smudge or streak down your face when removing it at night. It does last 12 hours or sometimes even longer depending on what your activity is so there is no touching up needed during the day or night time. You look the best from the beginning of the day to the end of the night with just one application.

Knowing me being such an eyeshadow fanatic, make up in general, I try eyeshadows here and there. This being one of my absolute favorites! I have this but in different shades of blue. I can guaruntee you this is one of the smoothest eyeshadows you will ever put on. It doesn't flake when you put it on like most eyeshadows and throughout the day, it stays all day long! It doesn't smudge, is easy to get off your eyes and it's not sticky! I wear it almost everyday! You can put it on over other eyeshadows, whether its mixing two eyeshadows or simply just layering them, this revlon colorstay definitly lives up to its name! It is very eye brightening and certainly will give some color to your face. I could put this on in the morning and unlike other eyeshadows, it will still be there hours later. However, it is very easy to smear, so if you were to touch it then it will come off on your finger and you would have to reapply. But other than that, this eyeshadow is terrific!

I think this Revlon eyeshadow really stays true to it's claim that it lasts 12 hours.  Additionally, I like that it gives the 4 different shades.  For a natural look during the day, you use a lighter shade and at night you can use the darker shades for a more dramatic look.  The one thing I would like to see included with this, along with other eyeshadows of this type, is some type of instruction on how to apply the makeup for shadow eyes.  Obviously, that is a current trend and many of the people who are going to buy these 4 different shades are most likely going to use at least 2 at a time.  It would be nice to see exactly how we can apply those eyeshadows for the best, eye popping results. Additionally, I would like to see other brushes included to help with the shadow eyes.  I think sometimes the eyeshadow applicators apply so thick that with the darker colors, you want more of a brush with it.

I tried the Revlon Colorstay and unforunately, the colors did not last 12 hours. I had to put on a primer in order to get the colors to stay. The colors are really beautiful in the case, but when actually putting it on and having it stay is another story. I hope that Revlon can create another formula that allows the colors to stay on a bit longer and be more vibrant. I love Revlon products, but found this product to not be able to live up to its name. I hope that Revlon is able to create other eyeshadows that have a more long lasting stay and vibant colors. I know many customers who were disappointed in the products due to its inablity to last the full twelve hours. I understand that most products cannot stay on the full twelve hours, but if it could stay on for at least eight hours, then that would be great and well worth the money paid for the product. I am looking forward to a newer and improved product.

I have used Revlon Colorstay 12 Hour Eye Shadow, 315 Neutral Khakis for quite some time....no matter what other shadows I buy, this is my always go back to set!! I love it...two minute application and I'm done. That simple. And, it stays on until I take it off. Never fades or settles into creases--and that's a plus for someone with oily skin.  I can't say enough about how much I love this product---try it, you'll see!!

I have used Revlon products since I was a teenager (and that was too many years ago to mention).  From nail polish, to foundations, to mascara and eye shadows.  I have them all..why pay more and get less of a good thing.  Revlon holds up to its promises on the 12 hour Eye Shadow. Other brands I've tried seem to cake into eye creases and look 'old' after a few hours.  I can wear it to work and look professional and before I leave work, I can jazz it up a bit with darker color enhancements for an evening look.  The shadow blends very nicely to really accent the eyes.  I prefer the natural browns that I can apply sparinly or use the darker browns as I had mentioned for an evening look without taking everything off and starting again!  It makes my eyes appear larger and almost hides the beginnings of saggy eye lids.  I feel more confident, I love the color choices and have started to experiments with the blues as well.  Thanks Revlon, you've done it again!
