This gym is great. It is new, about 1 year old, clean & has great equipment. They also have a theater were u can watch a different movie everyday. they have a tv @ every treadmill, eliptical, stair stepper, and bike. Just make sure u bring your own headphones. They sell all kinds of shakes, fat burner, lo cal, muscle builder, weight gain anything u can think of! They have childcare, although the hours arent great, only 8:30 til 12 then 4 til 8 on weekdays and on the weekends i think it is only open til 12. Plus it costs $3 a child. But they do have a monthly program that is $15 for 1--2 kids or $18 for 3-4 kids. Which makes it a great deal!!

I hadnt been to a gym in over 7 years before I joined here. It is sooo worth th $20 a month!!

not really the best gym. they dont have enough space. it seems they just keep signing up new members and packing the gym ...i QUIT because of this .. they do not have suffecient amout of equipment for the amount of ppl there.. we are not customers we are cash signs to the owner .. if they cared they would make the facility accommodate the amount of members ..
