I absolutely love restoration hardware and restorationhardware.com. I signed up for emails and it seems like I am getting 20% off friends and family offers all the time. Granted, the store is a little expensive, but the quality and the service are well worth it. In addition, I have gone to the store and noticed they don't have items I want on display. As a result, they let me have free shipping and free return shipping so I could see items in person and decide for myself. They also have a good amount of items on sale or clearance. All the items are of superior quality and look very nice. A friend of mine had a restoration hardware couch that lasted 10 years and possible more but he sold it when he moved. The couches have soft leather and you can pick from a range of colors and even the fill (down, etc). I would say the linens are probable not worth the cost, but the furniture, lighting, and decorations can make any home look upgraded. Great website for this fantastic store. Stores are mostly in major cities only, so if you aren't close to one, then this is a great way to shop through them. They have expensive items, but if you are this is your specific style, then it might be worth the money to you. Restoration Hardware has a very distinct style and they have many unique items I would never think of needing. What is great is they have so many different items, ranging from your furniture, to items for baby and children, to candles. I wish the website was a little more easier to navigate. I always love browsing the sale selection, viewing everything at once isn't an option. You can only view each department at a time. I'd rather browse through the whole thing, as I always want to know what deal I could possibly get. When I have put in the extra time it takes to browse through the sale, that's where I've gotten the best deals on Restoration Hardware's website. I had no issue with shipping. Great customer service! They do have financing available, with a pretty good interest rate. So if you are looking for that big purchase, they do make it possible through their credit card.

The website has a great layout and not only shows you the items but also how they look in different room layouts. Another great function of the website is that they tell you the paint colors that are used in the different rooms so you can match the style of the room without the guesswork. The couches are custom built so you can pick your fabric and many have different depth options which can be nice if you have a tall family and need deep couches. Everything I have ordered from RestorationHardware.com has been exceptional quality. The prices are high but these are pieces that will last a long time. The towels and bed linens are thick and provide a very good feel to them. The baby and child section of the website has beautiful rooms if you have a lot of money you are wanting to spend on a nursery. The blankets are very soft and luxurious feeling. If you aren't under a time crunch there are always specials going on depending on the items. You can get anywhere from 10 to 30% off depending on the items and time of year.
