Very Courteous Staff, Great view.

Very close to Times Square. Exceptional room. Very courteous staff. View of Grand Central Station and Empire State Bldg. was incredible. Breakfast buffet was a cut above average and the dining room was very nice. I've found a new home in New York

After staying here I wouldn't stay anywhere else while in the city. I had two children with me and we were all very happy with the spaciousness of the room and hotel in general. The Residence Inn in Manhattan/Times Square is in a great location for shopping, dining and the theatre. The rooms were comfortable with a full kitchen, the morning breakfast was bigger than I expected, and there is a nice business center on the 3rd floor. The residence Inn In Manhattan was very clean, neat and comfortable. The fact that it had a refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, ironboard and iron added to the comfort. Easy walk to Broadway shows

We were very late for our show due to horrible traffic. We checked in quickly and the desk clerk was relaxed and cordial and made us feel great. The room was beautifully decorated and had a great city view both night and day. We had a great stay and breakfast was terrific the next day. This hotel was one of the best we have stayed at. The King size bed was unbelievable. Very clean. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. An added bonus when we checked we were informed there was a FREE hot breakfast buffet every morning. This is a very nice hotel, close to theater and great shopping....room had a little kitchen and breakfast is included. Staff was very friendly.
