Every day computer user, always online, dependent on my phone, a cell phone lover!, a pet owner, a woman, avid reader, I believe in honesty
I recently got my first smart phone a blackberry 8830. I love this thing. There is so much you can do on it. I never miss emails and can keep in touch with friends with Yahoo IM. I highly recommend this smart phone to anyone looking to get one. Yes, I have seen fancier ones such as the Moto Q but, that one drains the battery quickly. I know numerous people who have it and they wish they had gone with the…

I love my Blackberry 8830 and would not buy another phone on the market. That said, I still have plenty to complain about. First, the multimedia access is severely lacking. Yes, you can play MP3s...but has anyone at RIM seen a real MP3 player lately. I don't expect it to be an iPod, but maybe a Zune? Plus, for me the MP3 player chews through the battery such that I can't use it and get a full day out of the thing. — — Second, having the web browser is great, but after having played with an iPhone its just not good enough. — — Third, with…

Every day computer user
I was having trouble with a previous phone, the Motorola Q, and replaced that phone with the Blackberry 8830 World Phone. It was the best switch I have ever made! This phone is very user friendly. It features a full keyboard which is great for texting. The only con I can say about this phone is that it does not have a camera. Overall I am completely satisfied with this phone, and would recommend it to…

This is an outstanding and stable phone and is available in the US from Sprint and from Verizon. It's lightweight, dependable, full of useful features, attractive, and easy to use. — — I was looking for a new handheld for business use, and this phone caught my eye. I support 100 users of various mobile devices, and have had plenty of experience with Blackberry, Palm, and various Windows devices. I wanted something that was going to be stable and useful without being bulky or difficult to use. After some careful research I decided to go with the Blackberry…

not afraid of technology, technically savvy, Every day computer user, glad to have it, budget conscious, willing to pay for quality, reliant on my phone, a person who enjoys quality
The Blackberry 8830 is a great phone. It is the best cell phone I have ever had, and much easer and user friendly than the palm windows mobile smart phone. The biggest negative is that there is no camera built into this phone. I am reliant on my phone, a busy person, an Every day computer user, and a woman who enjoys quality. I am a technology lover, a pet owner and expect good, fair service. I am not rich, but am technically savvy. I depend on calendar and contact list, and am a pc-and mac user.I am value conscious and am impressed with this product, and glad to have it. I am…

A great PDA overall - quick loading, great functionality. Only drawback is the lack of hard-wired memory (those memory chips are really expensive), and the poor functioning video support in the media player. — The screen is the best I have seen besides the IPhone...but with the verizon rebate it is quite a lot cheaper. —…

I used to despise Blackberry use as a phone, but this edition is so clear and easy to use that I love it. I used to have to carry a Blackberry and a separate phone which was a juggling act. Now, I can direct both business and personal emails, text, call, get online, use GPS, and much…

I can't get as technical as TheBard but I can tell you that I've had cellphones for the last ten years and this is by far the best. I live in a state where poor cell reception and dropped calls can be the norm but not so with this phone. I also love the GPS feature. …

I love my Blackberry. I can have all my email accounts deliver messages that can be accessed by my Blackberry. I have access to Microsoft Office software and Internet access wherever I go. The only problem with the Blackberry is that I can't be without it -- it's…
