This site is awesome. They continually update the site so it is improving on both data and increasing user reviews. They have an iphone app that really comes in handy when you are on the road. There will always be people who will find something to whine about, but this site is great.

the design is clunky. like it's made for four year olds. i think the viewers are smarter than that.
the other thing is that if you have that many repairs that you need to sign up for an account with them, then maybe you should think about a new car.

Allen understands that people have busy schedules and does what it takes to get your car ready. I highly recommend his service. He took care of my three vehicles and I'm very satisfied. I needed to check the 'fair-factor' of a repair estimate I received for my SUV - I went on repairpal and found out that I was, in fact, getting a square deal. I thought it was a fair price, but I'd been ripped off in the past. Now I'm sure and felt better about the whole thing.
