I buy these frequently because they are only a dollar each and the scent lasts about 2 weeks. An effective odor neutralizer with minimal fragrance

With a cat, a dog, two guinea pigs, and a neighbor who smokes like a chimney, my house is often in need of a little freshening. While I use a very expensive ionic air cleaner, I find that it does not effectively neutralize odors in my closets or the bathroom. Looking for an inexpensive solution that wouldn't exacerbate my husband's allergies and asthma, I stumbled upon Renuzit Super Odor Killers (this is my preferred, almost scentless, scent). Practical and Affordable

Overall, I think these are a great product. They do not take up valuable plug space or counter space, they are easy to adjust, cheap, long lasting, and aren't hard to find replacements. I've used many plug in types and while those have a slightly more pleasing smell, I've had many frustrations with them and I've been much happier with these cones. They are just over a $1 each and last about a month if they are completely open. With three cats and a dog in the house, maintaining a clean-smelling home seemed impossible. I tried them all: candles, plug-ins, scented oils, and other brands of solids. But I keep coming back to the Renuzit Super Odor killer. I use Renuzit solid air freshners exclusively in the home. I own a cat so I use the Super Odor Killer and it does work. However, the product does not last as long as I think it should. (Or maybe, it's just my percention .... is a couple of weeks considered short?) But since it costs only $0.99 when it does go on sale, I guess I shouldn't complain. There are so many air fresheners on the market. It is hit or miss. Well, the Renuzit Long Last Adjustable Air Freshener is a hit with me. Twist to release the desired amount of scent; my favorites are raspberry and tropical. It sits on a shelf, table or counter.
