My home was robbed and a LIFETIME of jewelry was stolen. Some of it, I had had appraised and paid an additional premium for a jewelry rider for years. I was told when I bought the rider (and it is listed in the policy) that each specific piece was covered for the amount indicated with no deductible. American Family Insurance
I was 18 when I purchased my first vehicle. I called many insurance companies and only one got back to me in a timely matter; American Family. I didn't shop around or really know what I was doing when I purchased auto insurance. Jenny was so nice to me and often gave me AmFam paraphenelia. As I got older and my circumstances changed Jenny worked with me and always gave me the best discounts she could. I HAVE TO SAY THAT I SEARCHED A LOT I AM THE CHEAPPEST COMPANY I FOUND WAS GEICO. WE I ASK PEOPLE THAT FIX CARS IN CASE OF AN ACCIDENT. I FIND OUT THAT THIS COMPANY IS ONE OF THE BEST. I ALSO BUY THE EMERGENCY ASSISTANT PROGRAM AND IT WORK VERY GOOD. I HAVE USED IT MANY TIMES.THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY GOOD. THEY ALLOW ME TO PAY ONLY ONE PAYMENT AS DOWN PAYMENT WHICH WAS USEFUL. I TRUST THAT IF I HAVE ANY PROBLEM I HAVE A RELIABLE COMPANY.
Geico
I had been with Geico for the last 5 years for car insuarance, the major reason I stay with Geico is that they offer a rate that's better than the competitors. (For the record, I pay around $800 per year for a full insurance on my 2008 honda accord) I tried to quote with other insurance companies, with similar coverage, and Geico beats other competitors easily.

Allied Insurance
We have had Allied/Nationwide for car insurance for the past 9 years, until just last year. Overall, we were happy with the service and with the customer service when we had claims. We had three claims over that time period and I have only excellent things to say about the customer service here in Florida. As for the company in general, I would not give it an excellent rating. When we moved the company name actually switched from Allied to Nationwide. They FORGOT to give us credit for time with the company and I did not find this out until it was too late. I have banked with USAA for years and thought they were great—until they failed to pay on my renter's insurance policy. Dont be fooled by their friendly customer service, make sure you read all the fine print and dont assume what they tell you on the phone is in your policy. I cant trust them anymore.
