Have been fighting a weight problem most of my life. Done numerous diets. For the past 3 years have done an hour of intense aerobic exercise for 6 days a week with little change. Have seen all of the commercials and do not believe any "review" sites as they are, in my opinion, ads for the reviewed products. Tried first cleanse to get a jump start on my weight-loss.. The instruction says that i don't need to change my eating habits but i did anyways. I cut out everything except for fruits, veggie, chicken, eggs, and fish. First cleanse did absolutley nothing for me. Didnt loss weight, dont feel any healthier, and it didnt stimulate any more bowel movements than usual.
