I have very long, very thick, Very curly hair and being able to use this product when my hair is wet is the most fabulous feature! Out of many Hair Straightners this has to be the best one i have EVER used. I LOVE it i LOVE it I LOVE IT. And i cant imagine going through life with out it, now that i have experienced what it can do. It can be used on wet hair but make sure your hair is not completly soaked. Then it wont work out to well. It has to be somewhat dry in order for it to work wonders. This straightener straightens very wavy/frizzy hair in much less time than a typical flat iron without burning your hair! I love it!

The Remington Wet 2 Straight Straightener is great when my hair is still a damp but I really need to it to be straight asap.  Works fast and straightens really, really well.  The only downside is that it can damage hair.  It has to be very hot to dry the hair, and I'm not sure the metal part is very healthy either, so it's understandable.  I haven't and would never use it on wet wet hair...would damage it like crazy I think.  And the steam can burn, man it can burn coming out of the slits on the side if you don't have that side facing out and away from your head/hands.

At first I was a little skeptical about it fully drying my towel dried hair but upon first use it did exactly what it said it would. Remington Wet 2 straight flat iron. This is a great invention. It now takes me half the time to do my hair because I don't have to blow dry anymore. It has multiple heat settings according to your hair at the time. There are different settings for dry, damp and wet hair. I think that this is a great feature as long as the settings are accurate so that you don't fry your hair. This flat iron heats up very quickly so that you same even more time.
