I have used it 4 times and it is nearly empty. I have no problem as to what it does but when I noticed that half the tube was empty and full of air before trying it the first time, I have decided that I will not purchase again .

The list of ingredients in the new formulation is about the same as my wife's Colgate toothpaste. In my opinion, it's a cheap and cynical move that Johnson & Johnson made for profit using a respected brand name.

Rembrandt Intense Stain Whitening Toothpaste is a **great product**. I drink several cups of tea daily, so can get **tannin stains on my teeth**. This can create an ugly yellowing, but I'm not about to give up my tea. Instead I use Rembrandt Whitening Intense Stain Toothpaste daily. It helps keep the stains away, and I have experienced absolutely **no tooth sensitivity** with regular use for well over a year now. This product is not for instant whitening though. I find that when coupled with my Sonicare toothbrush that the results are profound for getting and keeping my teeth white. On its own, the Rembrandt toothpaste **does whiten**, but it's not a major whitening. So, you can gradually see a difference and with regular use to help keep stains away. The taste is also really great. I haven't had a single cavity since starting to use this toothpaste. The cap also is flat so it works as a great stand so you don't have to worry about toothpaste settling or having to roll the tube as long as you leave it standing between uses.

I have nice teeth, as a result of braces and trying to maintain regular brushing habits. I also have a fear of my teeth falling out or turning yellow. As a result I try new tooth paste products all the time, to see if there is something out there that will work better than the good old stand by Colgate Total. Rembrandt toothpaste is a little pricey by toothpaste standards, at least for me. So like usual, I decided to try it when a sale and coupon promotion came up. I had high expectations, since it is a pricey brand name product. However I felt the toothpaste was a tad to peroxide foamy. Now I know that peroxide is what helps teeth get whiter, but if I want to taste it, I will just rinse with a peroxcide water mix. I want my breath and teeth to feel clean, and for that feeling to last, and I just didn't get that with this product.

I bought the rembrandt because it was on sale and I thought I'd give a premium brand a shot. The peroxide version was pretty gross tasting but seemed to work pretty well and cleaned my mouth better than most other tooth pastes. I really dont know if the whitening has worked. My teeth seem about as white as normal. Not really any whiter than usual. I can say the texture is pretty good and doesnt make me immediatly want to spit it outlike some other brands I've tried. if the cost wasnt so prohibitive I would probably use rembrandt more than others. I think the store near me usually runs these brands at like 7.99 a pop. Considering I can use coupons and get a tube of colgate for free I really dont know if the premium price is really worth it. On a side note, one thing I do like is the packaging. So if it is important that the bottle look good then this tube would be a great fit. it had a great white package.

I have used this toothpaste for years because my dentist recommended it.  I love how it works.  It has changed since the packaging changed...I think it got bought out.  THe toothpaste is now runnier and doesn't seem to last as long.  It is an expensive toothpaste. Coupons are hard to find..but you can get it on sale occassionally.  Once the packaging changed, I wasn't too concerned...after all, that happens in business.  BUT, when I used the product, I was disappointed.  It didn't seem to work as good as before....and RUNNY!  I have to race my toothpaste to the counter!  I put the toothpaste on my toothbrush (and I attempt to put the cap back on toothpaste...I am a cap 'on' girl) and by then , my toothpaste is on the counter.  I HATE that.  Am I paying a lot of money for mostly water?  Do I need to change brands?  My dentist had recommended it because it was non abrasive and whitening. At the time, it was the only one on the market.  Well, I am going to start shopping around.

I have had success with all the Rembrandt products I have tried over the years.  In fact, my cigarette smoking, berries and chocolate loving, mother turned me onto their products because in one week her teeth were "dentist bleach visit" white using this.  Basically, you just brush your teeth with this product, although my mother said she would leave it on for about five minutes after.  According to the website: "Keep enjoying your favorite food and drinks, while you polish away stains with REMBRANDT® INTENSE STAIN® toothpaste, the #1-selling premium whitening toothpaste*. I personally really liked it.  Within one week, you could see my teeth were whiter.  My husband tried it as well and it really worked on his smoker teeth very quickly.  He hates doing anything that is another step, in other words, if it isn't something he already does, like brushing teeth, he isn't going to do it.  Most whiteners leave teeth sensitive but none of us noticed that with this.  Just that and the speed with which it worked makes it definitely one of our favorites.

this is my favorite toothpaste.  It has enamel strengthening and anti-cavity protection, as well as whitening capability.  It tastes great and leaves my mouth feeling fresh for a long time.  It does cost more than some toothpastes, but I have found that by combining coupons and sales, I get this product at a very reasonable price.

Let's start by saying that the product does what it says.  It is a whitening toothpaste and it whitens.   That's great!  The only thing that I found is that it is so temporary.  Right when you think that there is a change later in the day it seems to have been an illusion.  It is definitely something worth using as it does remove stains, however, it all seems to be so temporary.  In all fairness I love my coffee once in the morning and again in the afternoon so I could be working against it.  I do have an occasional glass of wine and always red so that may be the problem as well.  Also important to note that I am not using this on heavily or even really noticeably stained areas or anything, just expected a certain white brightness with this product and it did not achieve anything incredibly noticeable.  At the same time it does whiten somewhat and because it is so pricey it should be something more permanent, that's all!

I have never found a toothpaste that works this well for whitening my teeth! I first tried it three years ago to try to get rid of some of the staining on my teeth.  I drink a lot of coffee and dark sodas, so I had a lot of staining to take care of.  Rembrandt did the trick!  It worked so fast at breaking up the stains, that I could see a difference in just a couple of days!  It kept working the longer I used it, and now I get compliments all the time on how white my teeth are.  Even though I still drink a lot of coffee and soda, I maintain my white teeth by using the Intense Stain toothpaste twice a day. This toothpaste was a life-saver, becasue i had tried all kinds of whitening strips and mouthwashes to whiten my teeth, but the whitening strips really hurt my teeth, and the mouthewashes didn't work very well.  I also tried other toothpastes that claimed to whiten, but none of them did anything for me.  I will never go back to any other toothpaste!
