Regents Online Degree Program - Tennessee Review

I was told that this is a great on-line school. My niece, vivi always wants to get the on-line degree for nurse. But i wonder can she get Bachelor or associate degree from Regency On-line Degree program at Tennessee? Will she get the RN license after this school? How does this school arrange for clinical hours for students? What's the requirement to enroll into the school?
