The Regency Condominiums in Poipu Kauai are fabulous! I have a child who is almost three years old, and staying in a condo rather than a hotel makes vacations far easier. We stayed in a two-bedroom Regency condo (there are also larger one available). These condos are new (2 years old or less) and are very nicely decorated. They also have central air conditioning, something that many of the condominiums in Kauai do not have - and we definitely enjoyed having the a/c. The Regency staff was extremely welcoming and helpful during our stay. We had a lot of questions about the island and activities, and the staff were always willing to spend time with us to help us out. The value is very goodtoo - we paid less than $250/night, which is about half the price of staying in one of the nice resorts in Kauai. Plus we saved money by eating many of our meals in the condo. I am not one to repeat vacations but I would DEFINITELY stay here again!
