Redbox DVD Rentals Review

We started off with one Redbox in Walmart, so I tried it out and liked.  Then I went to their website and searched my zip code for local redbox, now we have like 5 in the area.  I usually reserve online while I'm at work and then pick it up on my way home.  When you reserve online you can pick a movie then find all the redbox near you that have it in stock!  It is awesome! They even have new releases every Tuesday, it is ten times better than going to a regular movie rental store!  Also, my sister lives out of town, and she doesn't have to stress out about returning her movies before she comes to visit, she can return them here with no problems!  One of the best features is that you can return your dvd to any location!

Two weeks ago I reserved two movies online.  When I went to pick them up it gave me two movies of each movie I rented.  So I immediately returned one copy of each movie.  When I got back in the car I called the one eighthundred number on the dvd box, it took a good 8 minutes for me to get a person on the phone :(, but once I did it was so easy.  She asked what the problem was, looked up my account and then offered me a refund for the movies, or four free rental codes.  I took the rental codes, they don't expire for over a month, and I watch twice that amount of movies in a month!  Customer service was  very helpful and really friendly.  She knew how to solve the problem and only kept  me on the phone for a couple minutes.  Everyone I know uses Redbox now!
