Redbox DVD Rentals Review

We recently got a Redbox at our Walgreens in Clinton.  I have to admit I wore the poor thing out for about 3 months because Redbox would send you free rentals on your phone and in your e-mail.  Recently,  they stopped the free rentals except for the first Monday of the month, which is still a good deal.  The only problem is I have visited the Redbox for the last 3 weeks and everytime I go, it is out of service.  Does anyone else have this problem?  I sent an e-mail to Redbox and they were prompt to let me know they would take of it.  I enjoy being able to rent $1 movies and hope they get this thing serviced because I miss my movie nights.
