Most HelpfulI am obsessed with saving and this site has amazing deals. I've ordered over 85 things from this site in about a seven month period and have only ever had minor problems (FedEx, for instance, lost my shipment for abt five days - but the company helped find it). I've purchased everything from designer...

Most HelpfulEdit September 13, 2009: I wrote the review in Maym 2009. Since then, there have been many changes to the site which are I believe have brought down the overall quality of the shopping experience. While the discounts remain, prices have risen sharply and quality has lowered. The community, which was...

After emailing RedTagCrazy about how unacceptable it was to receive a shirt with a large unfinished seam, pants that smell and have dog hairs on them, and a shirt with a hole in it, I was asked not to shop there anymore.
I feel that they are misrepresenting their obviously damaged/Factory Second items and as new and undamaged. I was never told my items may have unfinished seams, holes or damage and nowhere on the website is this information displayed. Their FAQ says (http://redtagcrazy.com/help)...
I would be careful ordering from this company. They are going through a reorganization and their customer service and quality of products have gone downhill. Buyer Beware!

I found out about RedTagCrazy through Viewpoints. I'd had very positive experiences in the past online shopping at bargain sites like Gilt Groupe and Rue La La, so I thought it'd be worth giving RedTagCrazy a chance because the concept behind it intrigued me. Unlike other boutique sites, RedTagCrazy.com sells one item at a time.
I should have been suspicious that I was not getting my money's worth before I bought my first item. RedTagCrazy.com sells many of the same brands I've seen on Gilt Groupe and Rue La La but at an even more severe discount. Typically, I find products on Gilt Groupe and Rue...

I first started shopping on this site near the end of March, and was impressed by the quality of items, the low prices, and the exemplary service received. In recent months though, I feel that everything has changed for the worse, which is why I am editing my review now, two months after I first wrote it.
I sincerely hope, by writing about my experiences, as well as my thoughts on what has been happening recently on the site, others will use caution before having dealings with this site. First, I want to make clear that it has not always been this way, that three...
read full review »Update 9/12/09 This site used to be amazing, but they're going through some changes now and customer service doesn't seem to be their primary concern. Prices have recently increased for the same merchandise they've always had and they no longer wish to have a personal relationship with customers, making it just like any other discount site selling seconds. Their inventory has also changed from "designer" to "whatever". While I personally have not had a bad experience with quality or customer service, I'm not really sure what's going on and while they're going through this transition I can't...
read full review »So early on this year in about March I discovered Redtagcrazy.com and was pretty much amazed by all the awesome things they were selling for really great prices. I saw a bunch of wonderful designer items (such as Paige Premium Denim, LinQ and Joe's Jeans) and got amazing sizing info from all the ladies on the Chick Chat feature of the site (Chick Chat is where people used to be able to freely chat about clothes, sizing and good deals on clothes). It was a nice change from other designer deal sites because as well as good deals I also was able to bond with other girls from all over the country (and...
read full review »I heard about Redtagcrazy through Recessionwire, which had an article about great discount shopping sites. I started shopping in July 2009 and was impressed by some of the clothes they had. Some of the tops and dresses are truly a bargain, but in August they announced prices were going up. Soon the same items they had been selling for a decent price doubled overnight! This while all the retail stores around me are slashing prices and there seems to be a sale at the mall every day. Not a good strategy. Also, they sell a lot of overpriced junk, like embossed baseball caps, ugly...

When I originally posted my review of Red Tag Crazy, I was a staunch supporter of the company, the products and service they offered and the personal level of customer service. These were all good attributes, and the relaxed/fun atmosphere of the real-time message boards as well as the interaction between community members and staff was unlike any other website out there.
In recent months, however, Red Tag Crazy has completely changed. There were many customers receiving damaged goods (myself included,) and lower quality merchandise being offered that could definitely NOT be considered "designer."...
read full review »There are alot of nice clothes at Redtag crazy. but you have to be glued to the screen constantly to catch them. And it's not necessarily a bargain, just because it once was alot of money, and now isn't. Also, you can feel pretty left out if your are not a part of their sorority-like "chickChat". They like to hear alot of good about themselves, but cannot take any negative comments about themselves or the site. All in all: watch close and you might catch a bargain, but be carefull that you only buy because you research and found that the item truely is a bargain.
I am reviewing the website, redtagcrazy.com.
THe website use to be great and use to have great deals and great customer services. Lately, there are benads like "Airwalk" and "Dickies." They sell "designer headbands" that come apart at the seams, and have been out right rude to customers in the late.
Perosnally, I would suggest going other places to buy real designer clothes with consistancy. Go to overstock.com or ruelala.com and get good deals, at good prices with HONESTY behind it. Companies that lie to their customers disapear quite quickly for a reason.
And I clicked "rude owner" for a...

I was formerly a huge supporter of redtagcrazy.com (RTC) but now I can't in good faith give it a positive review. This has nothing to do with my personal experiences with the products - I actually have loved almost everything I've purchased (Aude, linQ, Cullen, ZENsei, James Jeans, and Aristocrat denim are heavily featured in my wardrobe at the moment), and any defects were small, and on final sale items that I chose to keep instead of returning for site credit. The company has always been very kind to reimburse for damaged or missing products, I will give them that. I am also a fan of the...
read full review »I have had nothing but troubles with Redtagcrazy.com. When they started out, they were great. They always put their best foot forward because they were a new business. Now that they feel they have a solid foundation, the prices have skyrocketed, the customer service is non-existant, and the product quality is poor at best. I suspect that they get seconds from the designers, which are flawed or damaged.
On top of their poor service and goods, even if you buy something you aren't guaranteed to get it. I have documented 5 occasions where I have been the first to purchase an item only to...
