This is my new favorite blower. The ONLY problem with this blower is that it weighs about 5# more than my second favorite (the RedMax EB7001), making it about 25#. Thanks to RedMax's comfortable design, padding, and vibration damping, I hardly notice it. In exchange for this 5#, however, we get a ton of blower. The noise level stays about the same, but the air volume is up to 943 cubic feet per minute. Compare this 742 cfm for my second favorite blower, and 600 something as the max I remember seeing at any hardware or big-box store. (I also don't have to carry the extra weight as far, because it's so effective. )
If you can handle the weight, and need a serious blower, this is far and away the best blower I can recommend. (If you don't need a serious blower, but need macho points, this will also do that job well.)
