I write at a lot of different places on the internet. I write reviews, I write stories, I write self help articles, teach cooking techniques, share recipes. I write for a lot of sites and I love it.
Recently I found out about a site where I can post my on-line content. I can post things there that I wrote 3 years ago and people can find my articles or reviews there and go to the site that I wrote it on. I earn money not only from the site they go to view my content on, but from Redgage as well. The site is still rather new so the earnings on page views are not huge yet, but there is good potential there, and my earnings have increased on other sites that count on page views for earnings since I have been on there.
Aside from points from page views you also get points for participating on the site. The points count towards a weekly contest and a monthly contest, and a daily raffle. The raffle comes with a $25.00 prize, the weekly prize is $50.00, and the monthly prize is $200.00. I was lucky enough to win the weekly prize during my second week of being on the site. Also if they feature one of your entries you will earn $5.50 for that entry on top of page view earnings. Not to mention I got a lot of page views on that particular article on the site I wrote it.
Aside from posting articles, blogs, and pictures from other sites you can also post articles right to Redgage as well as photos, and videos. and you can start your own Redgage blog.
You earn points for viewing other people's content, leaving comments, rating the content, and responding to comments, writing on people's wall, and answering people who write on your wall. These points don't have monetary value you only get that by people clicking on your stuff, but for each point you get an entry in the daily raffle, and if you get enough you could win one of the contests. You also get points for posting and referring other members.
Redgage pays you with a prepaid Visa card. Minimum payout is $25.00. When I won the $50.00 prize they wanted me to cash out right away. My prepaid visa was in my hands in less than a week, so they are honest and trustworthy.
The only problems with the site are some glitches now and again, and they still have some bugs to work out, but they are working on it. Most of the bugs I noticed before seem to be worked out now.
Redgage is an excellent site for those of us who write on the internet to promote ourselves. But it is also a social network. Of course it is always polite to return reads and comments to those who do it for you. I personally have done quite well on Redgage.
I would recommend Redgage to anyone who either likes to socialize on line or any one who wants to promote their online content and get paid for it at the same time.
