This one energy drink constitutes 45% of all energy drink sales. This one.  Now, let's be honest--it was the pioneer.  It started it all, and to that we are all indebted to it.

Plus, the taste is absolutely great.  It provides a great kick for the great taste it has. Also, the smaller can's power...

Red Bull Energy Drink tastes awful and made my heart race. I hated it and won't ever drink it again.

We have all seen the commercials with the guy sprouting wings and being all perky and what not. Well when I was driving to see my girls 2 years ago I was pretty wore out by the time I got 3/4 of the way there. It is about 800 miles from my house to Indiana where my girls live. I was almost to St. Louis when my eyes started closing and I was getting mighty drowsy to say the least.

My Wing Experience

I stopped at a gas n go to fill up and went inside and grabbed me acan of Red Bull, they had a display with them on ice so I knew it would be ice cold. Now everyone knows that a cold drink alone helps...

I was very dissapointed when i used this product.  I had planned on using my wings to get a cat stuck in a tree down.  Since this product did not give me wings as advertised, though, I am sad to say the cat did not make it.  I blame red bull for this because of their falsse advertising.

Wow - I am certainly NOT a fan of Red Bull.  Awful taste (certainly not something I could ever consume again, let alone regularly!) and it left me feeling jittery and altogether uncomfortable.  I am not a fan of the sugar and caffeine high it gives you and then the crash that follows.  There are much better options out there for energy - try rhodiola or some of the better for you (and tasting) energy drinks on the market - XS for one.  Don't waste your money on this one.

The first taste is an eye opener. It is sour.

However, after the inital shock it goes down surprisingly smooth. You can say it is an acquired taste, but the truth is, it doesn't take that long to acquire it.

The most important aspect is that it contains 80 mg of my beloved caffeine in one can. That breaks down to 9.64mg per oz. For comparison's sake, a cup of regular coffee contains 7.13mg per oz, Coke contains 2.88mg per oz.

It has enough to keep me up and alert when consumed half way through my work day, but not so much that it prevents me from sleeping regularly when I get home. The serving...

Red Bull is my go-to pick me up. I have two every morning while at work and it's a great alternative for coffee. It tastes way better and if you go with the sugar free version there are not that many calories.

Red Bull definitely has some cons. After you get used to drinking it every day it doesn't really give you that much of an energy boost. Now it's more of a necessitiy for my body. I find that when I drink regular coffee I get more of a rush.

The reason I continue to buy red bull is because of the taste. it's refreshing and absolutely delicious when cold. I prefer the regular kind, but...

The Red Bull energy drink works very well when you need to be enregized.  It tastes great as well.  It is also quite affordable.  It has a very great almost citrus tasting flavor to it.  I have also tried the new 16 oz. can and I am quite satisfied with it.  It gives you a lot more energy then the regular 8.3 oz. drink.  However, when drinking the 16 oz. can it is wise only to drinke it at a normal pace instead of just chugging it down.  This is because it is so strong that you will get an intense "sugar high" that will last quite a while.  This can be quite irritating if you have to concentrate...

Before I found out that I was pregnant, Redbull was my number 1 choice, well actually the only energy drink that I drank. I love the taste and love the fact that I didn't have a melt down afterwards. Most energy drinks or energy pills that I have used in the past left me feeling tired and with a headache. Although Redbull can be on the costly side - depending on where you buy it-  it is well worth it.

My husband also prefers Redbull, he says he loves the great taste and working 12 hour shifts, this is the drink that keeps him awake on the way to work at 4 in the morning and the drink he snags...

This stuff works so much better than alot of the other energy drinks out there, in my opinion..I believe that it boosts your concentration a whole lot and helps you focus when youre extremely stressed, and just helps you  to function period.Last week my husband and I had to stay awake for three days to finish a biology report, and it took everything out of us, I can honestly say the red bull helped pull us through and gave us the concentration we needed, plus helped us to stay awake.  The only bad thing about it is the expensiveness of it when compared to other brands..no wonder so many celebs... read full review »

Red Bull is a great energy drink.  It is small enough that it will not give you excessive amounts of energy.  The designers of Red Bull were smart to not only have it boost your energy levels, but also have it increase your concentration.  I first drank it to get a boost in energy, and then found myself sitting down for a few straight hours doing work!  It woke me up (not so much that I was hyper) and helped me get the work done.

I do not recommend consuming it frequently due to sugar and caffeine content.  Also, it is not good to become dependent on energy drinks, much like it it not healthy...

Redbull tastes amazing!

Honestly - water is cheaper and one hundred times better for you!

I used to drink Redbull a lot in college.  These past few years, I only have it when I'm really really sad or need to stay up all night for a project.
Since I started eating healthy, I noticed that Redbull gives me jitters and I crash even with the sugar free, so I really try to stick to water as much as possible...

If you're gonna drink an energy drink anyway - go with Redbull of course.  High quality, excellent taste & delivers every time!!

I have been drinking Redbull since 1997. I don't want to calculate how much that it has cost me over the years, but it gives me the extra energy that I need to get through an average day with 3 kids. Without it my house would be a disaster. I can't drink it after 1:30 pm or I can't sleep. The thing about Redbull that is different is that the caffeine content is pretty low. It gives you the initial boost and then the vitamins kick in. I still wouldn't call it a health drink, but considering it has alot of B vitamins, it can't be that bad for you.

I love this stuff.  Gives me the energy to keep going at this busy time of year.  I usually keep a few of these ready for emergencies.  I used to drink other energy drinks, but this one gives me the most energy.  I love it for fueling my non-stop holiday shopping.  Great for a pick me up after a long day at work too.  I enjoy one on my afternoon break and it seems to get me through the afternoon.
