Reality Television —
Reality shows are supposed to show how people deal with various circumstasnces in the privacy of their own homes. The viewer thates a "fly on the wall" ' perspective of th lives of these people' Some are based on the star quality of the main character, such as... cHRISTOPHER KNIGHT of Brady Bunch fame, BONADUCHI from Partridge Family fame, GENE SIMMONS from KISS fame, vintage hiphop mogal RUN DMC, or DEON SANDERS of professional football fame. i found these shows somewhat entertaining because each of them answered the question, although only within the demention of hollywood sound bits, of how are these people living at this time. Where are the now, what did they grow up to do with their lives? What are their families like?Are thier children little rich brats? Then there are the reality shows that give you a glimps into how many people are really looking to change their lives...theses include the model search programs, the search for the nest designer, haiestylist, dog groomer, or foodnetwork star. I also found these mildly entertaining. Athough the model and food star shows were the most entertaining. Then there are the reality shows which have been staged, negating the word reality, to group people together for no paticular purpose but to have a show. They agree to participate for a chance to win money. They continue to increase their tv fame by behaving crudely. i am not entertained by crude berhavior. Actually i am repulsed byshows like, surviver, girls behaving badly, ect. Thye commercial turned me off so i didn't have to ssee it.
