I had heard and been told so many great things about the Reach toothbrush I had to try one for myself. I can't say I really found it to be any different than any of the other toothbrushes I had before except maybe the expensive price. I wouldn't recommend the Reach toothbrush to anyone. I bought four of these one for each member of the family and all of them had the same view as myself. The shape is odd and the Bi-level bristles as the packaging calls them are very uncomfortable and seem to miss a lot of places. It only took us around seven days to decide we all wanted something different. I still think the worst part is the pricing a company such as this has a reputation to uphold and when you buy an expensive product from a company like this you expect the product to be a good one. I was left disappointed and basically ripped off for a useless product that doesn't perform as well as most off brand disposable brushes.

I do not think there is anything special about this Reach toothbrush. It claims to be so much better and easier to reach into places other toothbrushes can't. The angle of this toothbrush doesn't make any difference in the places I can't brush. The only thing I like about this toothbrush was to tongue cleaner on the other side. That wasn't enough to make me want to continue using it because I have a tongue cleaner. I later found another simple toothbrush that had a tongue cleaner on the back, so this is not the only one. I also had a bad experience with the bristles coming out. One of the bristles got stuck in between two of my teeth, and it was almost impossible to get it out. I also swallowed one, and then there was one that went half way down my throat and got stuck. I eventually went down, but it was really bothersome while it was in there. I will not buy one of these again, and I do not recommend them.

This is a great product. It is very durable. There are different specifications to chose from. You have soft or medium to choose from on the bristles. You can chose from straight or curved. It comes in multiple colors. There are other options but I don't know all of them. They are made for adults or children. They feel great in your hand, the grip is nonslip and not hard. I use the soft bristles and it really cleans your teeth. I also have sensitive teeth and the soft bristles don't hurt my teeth at all. The toothbrush also seems to be very durable. I only change mine out every three to four months or when I am sick, sometimes it seems like six months and still very durable. Everything nowadays is made in China, Mexico, or other countries that don't have the regulations that we do. One thing that really disappoints me with other toothbrushes is where they are made. EWhat I really, really, really like about them is that mostly they are Made in the USA.

Since we should change our toothbrushes often it gives us opportunity to try new brands, however I seem to reach for Reach each time. Also, I really like a firm toothbrush and I can find them in the Reach brand. The Reach toothbrush does reach all areas of my mouth including cum and inside of mouth. There are little rubber cushions on the opposite end of the bristles that get to the inside jaw areas of the mouth. My mouth feels cleaner then with any electric toothbrush. I have thrown all of them away because the battery's just don't last. The handle of the Reach toothbrush is comfortable with a sturdy grip design. Very economical as well and often a package of three can be purchased. The Reach toothbrush can be found in almost all stores which is also a plus and helps me to stay committed to this brand of toothbrush that I have been using for decades. I highly recommend the Reach manual toothbrush. This toothbrush really does reach all area's of my mouth.

After a trip to the dentist, my dentist gave me a Reach Toothbrush to use. I decided to give it a try. It was a little bit better than some other toothbrushes I have used in the past, but it was nothing that amazing. The toothbrush did reach hard to reach spots, which was good. However the bristles are a bit rough in texture and it can be a bit unpleasant on my gums. I do have sensitive gums, so I believe for some people there wouldn't be as much of a problem with the hard bristles. However for people like me who have sensitive gums, its a bid of a frustrating experience. It does reach those hard to reach spots, but at the same time it is really irritating on the gums and I had slight bleeding in my gums. However my teeth did feel nicer after using this brush, but it wasn't too the point where I was falling out of my chair with amazement. It got the job done and it didn't go to far beyond that.

I can honestly say that of all the manual toothbrushes I have used in my lifetime, the Reach toothbrush, from Johnson and Johnson, is the worst. The handle is weak and does not provide enough leverage during brushing. The bristles are to soft to clean effectively. The bristles of this toothbrush are not durable enough and look frayed and disoriented after only a few uses. I used to use an ORAL-B manual toothbrush and when it wore out, I decided to try the Reach toothbrush since it is manufactured and marketed by such a reputed name in oral healthcare. Soon after, I started noticing stale breath shortly after brushing. Since the only thing I had changed in my oral care routine was my toothbrush, I attributed this to the new toothbrush. My oral hygienist went so far as to call the Reach toothbrush "cheap" when I asked her opinion. So, overall, a disappointing toothbrush from a renowned company.

This is the toothbrush that is given to us by our dentist. Both my daughter and I really hate the dentist, so we, by connection, hate this toothbrush too. All jokes aside, I do not like the Reach Toothbrush for other reasons as well. This toothbrush does not get my mouth clean like other brushes do. For a dentist recommended toothbrush, I expect so much more. I have only actually purchased this toothbrush once and that was before I see my most recent dentist. The toothbrush always feels a little too small for my mouth and the bristles wear out fairly quickly, much faster than other toothbrushes with the same value. Also, I never quite feel as though Reach's toothbrushes get all the debris and food out of my teeth. I know that Reach is a company that has been around forever, but, to me, they do not offer the quality products that they used to. After the initial purchase of this toothbrush, I never used or purchased one again. This toothbrush is not on my list of toothbrush recommendations.

I used to use the Reach toothbrush until I started going to a new dentist who suggested I make a switch because of my receding gums. Unless you know how to brush correctly (brush in circles, don't apply too much pressure, brush for two minutes) using this toothbrush will not give you the best results. I found that the arched design was more awkward for me, and felt strange in my hand. I also continued to damage my gums because the bristles were too hard; the dentist recommended softer bristles and an electric toothbrush to give me gums a break. In terms of performance, my teeth didn't feel fully clean after using the Reach manual toothbrush, which may explain why I always was tempted to brush too hard. If you are serious about your dental care, it is worth the investment to spend money on a high-end electric toothbrush, like Sonicare. It takes the guess work out of brushing since you don't have to apply pressure, it has a 2 minute timer built in, and it gives your gums a nice massage. Plus, my teeth feel much cleaner now since tossing my Reach manual toothbrush and making the switch to Sonicare.

I love to save money so when Reach put out coupons for it's multi-pack (two) toothbrushes I printed the all I could coupons I could.After all, toothbrushes never go bad or expire and I'm sure I will go through many, many more toothbrushes in my future. I paired the coupons with a drugstore deal and got them for free! I was unsure that we would like these toothbrushes as they aren't fancy and have a soft head but decided to take a chance in lieu of the bargain I was getting. As it turns out, I love them! I usually use a medium head toothbrush, but as I get older my teeth age too and the soft head is pretty comfortable yet still effective in cleaning. They also pair the toothbrush colors with a purple or pink with a green or blue. It sounds stupid but it's nice have two different gender oriented colors so I don't have to open multiple packs to make sure we each get a more gender oriented color. (Remembering is hard. ;) I would say this is a good product and a good value. Happy brushing!

Not all it is cracked up to be! I tried this toothbrush on different occassions and each time I was disappointed, it just never really measured up to the hype. I don't think it reached all the places it said it would and I saw no difference in the overall cleaning quality of the Reach as opposed to any generic toothbrush.
