Ramanda Inn - Milwaukee, WI Review

I had the pleasure of staying at the Ramada Inn in Milwaukee, WI.  It was a most enjoyable stay.  It was late after taking my daughter back to Marquette University and I was too sleepy to drive home.  When I checked in, I noticed the beautiful lobby and the on-site restaurant, but very little else.  I was up all day, danced at my niece's wedding, then drove to Milwaukee, it was after midnight. 

The first hotel I saw was the Hilton, my favorite chain where I always stay, but $149 was just a little too much for five hours.  So I called the hotel across the street.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean, but  I just wanted a place to lay my head.  When I woke up at 5 am, to get ready for my drive home, I noticed just how beautiful the room was.  The room was emaculate.  There was in room coffee, cups for coffee as well as water glasses.  The was both facial and bath soap, shampoo, a shower cap, and disposable make up remover cloths. 

I got a discount rate, $79, as a Marquette family.  Also, I have three years to stay 5 nights and get a night free.  They also provide free breakfast and free parking.  Loved it.  Will be staying again in December.  Maybe even before then, and I'll take advantage of all the hotel's amenities.

The staff, I only met the desk clerk, very nice, very patient, very polite, very professional.  If you're in downtown Milwaukee, this is better than the Hilton.
