Raising Helen Review

There are some movies that aren't blockbusters that are just great movies. 

Raising Helen stars:  Kate Hudson, John Corbett, Joan Cusack, Helen Mirren, Abagail and Spencer Brennan, and a younger Hayden  Panettiere.

After her sister and brother-in-law pass away in a car accident, Helen (Kate Hudson) gets custody of her sister's 3 children.  She has a glamorous job (Talent/Modeling agency) and a New York City life style and is definitely the "coolest aunt."  But she has trouble adjusting to parenthood. 

Throughout the ups and downs, Helen realizes that perhaps a career isn't everything.

It's funny, serious, feel good... all at the same time.  Good movie to rent on a rainy day.
