Rainforest Cafe - Grapevine, TX Review

My husband and I went there the first time when we were married.  We don't live in Texas but we go there every summer.  Every year we make a trip to see family and make a special trip to eat a the Rainforest Cafe.  We love the Grapevine Mall so we do some shopping and have dinner at the Rainforest Cafe. Last year we went for my sons fourth birthday.  They acctually had a clown there making animal balloons so that was an extra bonus.  They brought out a chocolate lava cake and ice cream with sparklers in it.  My son still talks about it.  The setting inside is so cool it actually has a waterfall and the ceiling is full of stars including shooting stars every now and then,  When the thunder and lightening come on the animals all start making noise and moving.  We like the monkeys the best and we always request a seat next to them.  While your waiting for your seat there is an alligator that moves and makes noises that the kids loved.  I would recommend the Rainforest Cafe to everyone even people who don't have children will enjoy this place.  The food is also great and they have a bar if you feel like a tropical drink to match the atmosphere.
