My teenage boys love hearty foods, especially alfredo sauces, which are high in fat and calories.  This sauce is perfect.  I make a healthy beef stroganoff by adding veggies and and some Worcestershire sauce as well as a simple and easy chicken alfredo.  Super for easy weekday dinners.
