Last year my pickup started overheating all the time and I had to keep adding coolant to it. Well it was a very small hole and was hard to find until one day in June when it was hotter than a lobster right out of the steamer! I finally found the leak and a 2 inch gash and bulge to go with it. Well I called around and was told $250 and 3 days to order it! I then said to my self.."SELF" Why don't you look online? So I listened to that little voice and did just that and after 30 minutes I found the perfect spot, then I gave them a call on their toll free number.

I spoke to a very nice and knowledgeable young lady and she began by asking about my needs. I told her the year and make of my truck and then she asked me to measure my radiator. I gave her the measurements and she looked in her computer and found my radiator. I was told $189 and I would have it by Wednesday (this was on a Monday) and that Shipping was Free. She then told me about their Limited Lifetime Warranty, that I was covered by them as long as I owned my truck!

Okay now I was Impressed not just with the warranty, but also her knowledge of the product and the courtesy I was shown. I thanked her and then gave her my credit card number and ended the call. Well Wednesday morning came and I went out and took the old radiator out of my truck and sure enough just after 1 pm my new radiator arrived via UPS. I uncrated it and it slipped right in with no problems. The new radiator was about 3/8" thicker than mine but that just meant better cooling.

I called Radiator Barn after I finished and thanked them for their fast and courteous service and she just chuckled and said customers rarely called back just to say thank you. I told her that not only was I impressed with them but I would recommend them to all my friends. Well here we are almost 9 months later and yes the radiator is fine but that's not my point. In the mail today I received a box from Radiator Barn with a very nice Ball Cap inside. It is a White cap with their Logo on it and it looks Sharp! Now they didn't need to do that but I am glad they did, it shows me that their Customer Service goes well beyond collecting your money and shipping the product!

Bottom Line

I hope I don't need another radiator but if I do I know who to call, because they showed me that Customers are #1 with them and in this day of "Make a Buck however you can" they don't go by that. They serve customers and treat them with RESPECT and too me that is what I want in a company!

They carry a wide array of radiators and cooling fans, plus they are competitive in price with all the parts stores. In my case they beat the price by $60 and delivered in the same time frame as the parts stores could!
