It seems like just the other day, I was rhapsodizing about the 6-oz. Dessert Shooters from Applebee's. (That's right, the ones which packed more than 300 calories and God knows how much fat, etc.) Imagine my delight to have found something which may not be quite as scrumptious but is also delicious, consists of six ounces and less calories. Yes, now you can enjoy Rachel's Essence Low Fat Yogurt and still feel good about yourself in the morning. Manufactured by White Wave Foods of Broomfield, CO, this lovely dairy dessert was available at Peapod this week for only $1 per 6 oz. cup. ...
