I love my bubble and brown pieces. I no longer use any other casserole dish I have and use just the bubble and browns. I love that these come in all different sizs. Each year I seem to add a new piece to my collection. They are non stick and even when something burns to it it easily washes off. I love how there are so many different sizes to accomadate all different things. It can bake a large casserole, bake brownies or individual french onion soups. The possibility of these are endless. They are no heavy when lifting in and out of the oven. They are beautiful to sit out on your table to serve guests. Performance Cooks evenly can be put in just to brown or put in to cook. Ease of Cleaning Anything that gets stuck comes off easily. May need to soak at times but never need to use anything harsh such as a scouring pad to get it off. Durability Very durablr. Have had mine since they first came out. I have no chipping etc. Design Very pretty can be a great centerpiece at any table with guests or at the holidays. Doesn't Stick Most of the time never sticks. If something burns on it it stillcomes off easily.
