I recenly purchased a Rudd heater for my 12 room home.  It has not only saved me money in my heating costs which were shown in my first gas bill but also it has made my electric bill go down as well.  It is an energy saver item, which is something I was looking for when purchasing. I was also sort of limited in what I could purchase as I have a boiler heating sysytem.  I went from 20,000 BTU's to 10,000 BTU's in my new heater & it works so much better It works quietly with no bangs or noisy turn ons.  One feature I liked about this furnace is the add on features.  I have a hook up for when I want to purchase air condition for my home and also another hook up for a fireplace.   In addition it is very small & takes up little room in the basement
