Pros

compact, Cool Colors Available, digital resolution, small form factor, always-on e-mail, long battery life, reasonably priced, 1.3 Megapixel Camera, bluetooth

Cons

doesn't take videos, Low internal memory (reset)

This is my first smart phone and I feel a kid in a candy store. I never knew that I could have all this at my finger tips. I'm able to check my email anywhere at any given time. I tell everyone I know about this phone and will upgradw next year to a Curve. You will need to purchase a screen protector, a case, a blue tooth, and a memory card to hold all those ring tones. The most important thing you need along with the BlackBerry is a media package. If not, it's no fun.
