RCA - RS 2664 CD Player Reviews

I had seen this system at Best Buy and bought it when another model, a Sharp ES240 failed.

 I was looking for good, loud sound and a reliable mechanism so I could put at least 3 different CDs in it, the ones I use most frequently for play alongs with my students. This was rated at 300 watts and had  a 5-cd mechanism.

The sound was fairly good, particularly with the mega bass and surround sound adjustment. However, it seemed no more powerful that the Sharp unit which was rated at 180 watts and less powerful than the unit I replaced it with, an LG shelf system rated at 160 watts.

This system absolutly SUCKS............been used (CD player only) less than 20 times and it just quit working. Won't open won't do anything except says CD or AUX or Band...that's it, and might I just add the clock does still work........WWWWWWWOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! I've had it unplugged now for 3 months, just plugged it in hoping it would again work.....nope NOTHING
