We've been using Qwest Wireless since our building reconstruction in late 1999-2000 (we started in 2000). Though we were unhappy about changing from our original Nokia phones to Motorola phones because of something the company did to change their system, we have found the Motorola phones to be more durable in the long run. It was especially important when my brother had a life-threatening emergency in 2003 and I had to call 9-1-1. Even though it's tempting to get a phone that has gadgets to match a computer, we've found that a basic phone is good enough for our basic needs (being connected while on the computer and calling long distance). Except for having to pay about seventy dollars a month, it's not so bad, though the price could be better. Six hundred minutes a month is plenty for us.
