PLUS, it has 12 quilt patterns - one for each month of the year.
A full color photo of the quilt is the photo for each month. Then below the month name is the name of the quilt, the creator(s) and the size. The instructions are in a pull-out and save booklet in the back of the calendar. The pages before and after this booklet contain general quilt instructions.
The booklet itself has a small color photo of the quilt with the month in which it is shown on the calendar. A materials and cutting list is provided. The instructions for creating the quilt are clear and have graphics to show the written steps. Assembly and finishing suggestions are also provided.
All in all, this is one great calendar with quilt projects. Or if you are of another mind, it is one great quilt pattern book with the added advantage of a calendar! Either way, it will be on my wall and in my quilting room for the year of 2009!
