With things changing very rapidly with medical insurance and taxes, you need to keep accurate records of your appointments and what you paid.  I came across this software a few years ago and it has been such a lifesaver. The only drawback is it is only available for PC right now. Ever need to know how much you paid at the doctors this year? Need to know how many miles you traveled going to the doctor? or how about just forgot the doctor's phone number or address? Let me tell you what this is.  You add all people you will be tracking, all the doctors you will be seeing (all the important information like contact, phone number, fax number, address etc and the miles to the office) You also add all the prescription names under "drugs" and all the possible reasons you will need (they start you off with a very good selection) and all this is saved on your computer in one place.  When you go to the doctor you put in the who and when and then select the where and what for. If you have a co-pay, you enter that too. If you have blude cross, like me, (or any other insurance or even if you pay cash) you wait until you get your explanation of benefits and then fill in what was billed, how much they paid and it even tells you what you owe. You have options like "Pending" provider, insurance or me", plus "dispute" provider, insurance or me and "paid". You can even print out reports for each indvidual person, doctor etc.. You even have a "tax" report for the end of the year.  This is the best program I have come across that has all this in one place. I have been using it for the last few years and this is well worth the cost.  If you are constantly at the doctors or have a large family, this is for you.  If you have even paid twice for the same office visit, this wil have paid for itself in just one bill!
