Quicken Loans Review

When we decided to refinance our home, we went online and registered.  Quicken Loans were the first company to call us.  They called the next day.  Brandon Lubick was very nice and explained everything to us.  My husband is a truck driver so he sometimes had to make two calls.  He was very patient and answered all our questions.  He always answered his phone or called right back if we left a message.  I was surprised he worked so much.  His friendly tone made this a good time instead of being nervous about it.  Quicken handled our loan very fast and the notary who came directly to our home for us to sign the papers was also very knowledgeable and friendly.  When he didn't understand something, he called to make sure there were no mistakes.  Brandon locked our loan rate in very quickly.  We had a good experience with Quicken Loans and will tell anyone to use them!
