Quicken Loans Review

I recently refi my home mortgage with Quicken. I got a great rate, just because my original bank sold of my mortgage to Quicken and in the process, they paid couple of points to reduce the rate and paid for closing costs. I dealt with one of the Quickens portfolio manager out in Michigan. I am based out of California. However, I must say the process went extremely smooth and I am just amazed with the efficiency of the system. Most of the application process is on-line and the tools are very straightforward to use. I had to fax couple of docs. In general, It was great experience dealing both with people and tools.
