Quicken Loans Review

We had a great experience with Quicken Loans.  Having everything online was so convenient, efficient, and just made sense for us.  With our busy schedules being able to log on and do things in our own time was very helpful.  Mario Ingraffia was a great help in explaining to us all of our options and helping us find what made the most sense for us for our refinance.  He was on top of things and made the process very smooth.  When we did come to small bumps in the road he was willing to work through things with us and figure out the best solution.  When it came time to sign our closing documents Quicken sends a notary to your house who very quickly gets you through your paperwork.  All together it was a very quick and painless process.  We would definitely use Quicken Loans/Mario Ingraffia again and would recommend him to others!
