Quicken Loans Review

My husband and I, who recently purchased a home a year ago, were interested in refinancing since the rates were so low. Our Quicken Loans Client Care Specialist, Andrew Shell,  was really helpful and willing to answer all of my questions, no matter how many times I asked for clarification to make sure we were making the right decision.  He always seemed to be in a good mood and always willing to take time to talk with me.  The only thing that became a little confusing was when we started to really get into the loan process and we had 2 other Quicken Loans Specialists, from a different state that Mr. Shell, and it became confusing and frustrating at times because I was repeating myself to a number of people if each person wasn't communicating with one another.  However, other than that, the loan process was easy and the Client Care Specialists walked us through everything.  They were flexible enough to work on our schedules and that included our closing date as well. The website is easy to use and manage which makes our lives easier as well. Both my husband and I are very pleased with our Quicken Loans experience and will look to them in the future for anything else that we need for our home.
