From day one in August of 2009 that I went to Quicken for a loan, their staff and Representatives bent over backwards to make it happen. What this team did to get us our house and the closing on time was remarkable. I commend Quicken Loans and their team.
Once again in 2010 through unseen circumstances it became necessary to refinance my loan.
Not knowing what step to take, It just so happened that I received a courtesy call from my Representative "Gerard Lemionet" about my first loan inquiring how everything was going. The timing could not have been better. I explained the situation to him and he immediately got the ball rolling.
He worked very close with me and his help was very gratifing. There was no question to small or unimportant that he wasn't willing to help. He is a people person. He cares and puts all his efforts forward for the customer. He is truly an asset to his company. I know now that my refinancing will go on smoothly.
My peace of mind on this loan transaction has been a very valuable experience and I will highly recommend Quicken Loans and Gerard every chance I get.
