Quicken Loans Review

We had been trying to refinance for quite sometime and spoke with several banks and lenders.  They either couldn't get us the loan we wanted, the closing costs were too high or they lacked professionalism which is extremely important to me.  Out of desperation, I filled out some forms on the internet to "find the best rate" and contacted by several companies.  Quicken Loans was the first company to contact me and I was hesitant to go with an internet company but I must say....I love them and will work with them again.  Andrea Ashely was professional and explained things in terms I understood.  She listened to what we wanted to do, took into consideration our finances and what our 5 and 10 year goals were with our house.  She found a loan that met all our needs, the paperwork was so easy, and our loan closed in no time.
