    poor customer service, fragmented information, Slow, Confusion of staff, Ill-trained, Mediocre client care specialist, Disrespectful care specialist, lack of communication, Miscommunication, poor communication, wondered if I had been bait and switched, Loan was sold before 1st payment, Took longer than I expected, dishonest, Poor communication between departments, different agents called for same info, Liar, confusing, Cheaters and not honest, Disrespectful, Con Artist, Deceitful

Quicken Loans — 

This was the most frustrating process I have ever been through.  My banker Alan could not give me a true and correct answer if his life depended on it.  Ever time he told me these are your numbers let me transfer you to the next person to complete the process he was not only off but off by alot.  This happened numerous times and the differences ranged from 23 dollars to a couple of hundred.  It started with Alan telling me what my house was worth and he was only off by 42,000 dollars.  I will never use quicken again.  I will never recommend Quicken to anybody.

Hi,
Thanks for the review.

I was able to look into your loan further and it seems that your banker was in contact with you throughout the process and made sure you were informed of any changes that were being made. In addition, your house was appraised higher then what the actual value was. Had the value came in as expected, the loan wouldn't have changed. This was out of our control. In the end you did receive an interest rate lower than originally quoted.
