I have tried many diet programs and pills, with varying degrees of success. The QuickTrim Burn and Cleanse 14 Day Metabolic Makeover is pretty average as diet pills go and not that effective as far as a cleansing product go. It is marketed as a product to jumpstart your diet program. I think that I tried it due to the pop-culture sensations The Kardashians were the spokeswomen. It costed about the same as other products in the category so it was that expensive. I have to say that I really was expecting more from this product. I see that others had to stay near the bathroom while taking this, I didn't have this problem. I was really looking forward to taking a cleanse product but I wasn't impressed by the results that I got from using the product. I think that this product was popular due to the Kardashian factor instead of being a great product. If you are looking for a great jumpstart for you diet, look elsewhere.

This was a nother one of the diet helpers I got while looking to try new ones, and this one worked great! It was very helpful and it came with a booklette that helped you with what to eat, what exercises to do and how many calories they will burn and so on and so forth. The Kardashian sisters put a lot of work into this and it shows because they go into detail about every single little thing you need to do so that this will work effectively and it really does. I lost my 16 pound goal very easily without being miserable and completely hungry. The cleanser/detoxer that comes with it also works very well! it made me feel energized and I could tell it was really working just because it made me feel great and all of these things also helped push me to keep going and reach my goal. I would definitely reccommend this to someone if they want to lose weight for a big day or something special because it does work and you'll look and feel great!

This product will make you lose weight but you will need to be near a bathroom at all times. I tried taking it and lost 5 lbs fast but it was all through bowl movements. I took it for 3 days and had to run to the bathroom 8+ times a day. It was terrible. It gave me stomach cramps and made me feel terrible.

The product works great while you are on it!!  No side effects for me.  Although when you go off it, you are right back where you started!!  I felt slim and trim while on it, but really wasn't any smaller, just my stomach was flat.  Still would use it again for the cleansing effect.
