This feels like wet sand, with fine particles that won't irritate your face. This scrub can be used daily, with a light hand, in the summer or for oily skin. The mint scent is mild and feels refreshing. A little product goes a long way. It has really improved the texture of my combination skin and has helped reduce dry flakes after a shower. A true scrub; not merely bubbles suspended in soap.

Although this is not my favorite facial scrub, it's really good. It's got a good balance of scrubbing and softening going on. I have to be careful how much I use this, though, because it can dry out my skin just a little I've noticed. But overall, I recommend it especially if you have oily skin or if you go through an oily skin period. Effectiveness I've got to give this an 8 for effectiveness, only because it doesn't completely do the job for me. Maybe because when my skin in dry, I definitely don't use it. Ease of Application Very easy to use, just be sure to really work it in. Scent This has a nice refreshing scent to it which goes along nicely with the refreshing feeling it gives your skin.

I love this scrub because it's natural and non-abrasive. It also has an amazing smell. It's so gentle that it can be used on a daily basis if needed. Just one suggestion though, don't use it if you have a lot of acne on your face because it will make it worse. Wait until your face clears up a bit before using!! If you don't like that, I find that mixing it with a little bit of your regular face wash is very beneficial. Regular use of the product naturally helps to keep blemishes at bay since it unclogs your pores and removes dead skin cells. Queen Helene makes great products; you can't go wrong with them.

Leaves my face feeling smooth and refressed afterwards! Use whenever my face starts to collect a lot of oil and feel some pimples coming, doesn't make my face feel dry but leaves it feeling clean. Have not found a drug store product similar to this that also works as well. Most masks make my face oily or dry afterwards, nothing compares to this! A classic product that I would recommend in everyone's skin care routine!
