There have been a lot of healthy options offered by packaged food manufacturers, but most offer a simple, easy to understand statement such as "low-fat, low-sugar or "no-trans fats." This, however, is a much more studied, intelligent offering. It's high in protein andĀ fiber (both of which make you feel full), and its low in sugar. It has more calories than their regular flavored instant, but that's not the point. If it makes you feel full, you'll eat less later. That's the point. Kudos to Quaker for recognizing that consumers are intelligent.
